It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website, such as account details, will only be accessible if you have registered.

We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

Shipping

Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.

Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

Please notify us via email if you wish to cancel the order, before the cancellation period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must return the goods to our contact address, at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective), as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods (in their original condition and packaging) or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any refund due to you will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods (minus any costs for damage and/or postage).  Cancelled orders are to be returned within 14 days of notification of cancellation.  Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

·       digital download products

·       hygiene related items e.g., earrings

·       personalised goods or items made to the customer's specification

In addition, you will lose your right to cancel if you:

·       unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

·       combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.

The majority of our payment methods are managed by Stripe.  We also offer Paypal payments.

We accept payments by the following methods:

Blog Comments and Moderation

We encourage and welcome open, lively debate, but the decision to publish comments received via our site remains at our discretion. The views expressed by any third parties are solely theirs and are not necessarily endorsed by this website.

We pre-moderate most of the comments we receive.

‘Pre-moderation’ means that comments will not be published instantly. Comments will be checked first by moderators who will monitor the site during normal working hours and aim to process comments as quickly as possible. Our commitment is to publish comments within 24 hours.

This is not about censoring your views. The aim is to ensure that comments relate to the particular subject being discussed. Moderation will not be used to suppress legitimate, reasoned discussion.

We will normally approve comments for publication as long as the following participation guidelines have been observed:

  • be respectful of others who use this site

  • stay on topic

  • keep comments concise

  • do not use language that is offensive, inflammatory or provocative (this includes, but is not limited to, swearing and obscene or vulgar comments)

  • do not attempt to log on using another user’s account

  • do not make any commercial endorsement or promotion of any product, service or publication not relevant to the discussion
